MDF Boards

MDF is the synonym for Medium Density Fiberboard. The wood fibers are glued and compressed with synthetic resin. In the combination of heat and pressure the mixture of glued and synthetic resin is kept. These panels are manufactured with pine and eucalypt woods, cut from assert able accomplished jungles, so MDF board is an environmentally friendly product.

Natural MDF boards

The panels of the MDF are left without covering, ready for processing by the user and can be surfaced with wood veneers.

Painted MDF

This type of MDF is painted color which contains a wood grain pattern or a fancy design.

Low pressure laminated MDF

With a combination of low heat and pressure and low pressure lamination is where a paper-based sheet, impregnated with melamine resin, is applied to the board. MDF can be smooth, decorated in plain colors, with a fancy design. It helps to prevent the board from the scratching Low pressure and stains, as well as to an affliction of micro-organisms.
MDF has main feature is that it can be worked on both its surfaces and edges. The MDF panel can be shaped and manufactured because of these fibers.
